People have been making string and rope, constructing shelters, building fires, and preserving foods with smoke for longer than recorded history. We are all descendants of these peoples from around the world as they were the first survivors.
That knowledge has been passed down for tens of thousands of years but recent generations have been separated from it. So connecting with this knowledge is really “re-learning”.
One of my goals is to continue the lineage of these traditions. This knowledge is being shared with you in the hope that you can in turn carry on this legacy of learning.
