As we all know, water is life! Adequate hydration is vital for health in daily life and survival in extreme situations, and this workshop will investigate a range of different techniques to procure water for safe hydration.
I can teach you how to read the land in ways that will increase the likelihood of finding water, as well as locating water stores within plants. I can show you how to tell if water is safe, how to make it safer, and how to reduce the impact tainted water can have on the body.
These are skills that all of our ancestors were masters of - otherwise we wouldn’t be here now! Relearning this skills can help you in difficult situations, and most importantly will reconnect you with your innate ability to deeply see, hear, and understand the landscape around you.
